this hotel is like a gem! the staff were super friendly n helpful, made us feel right at home. we had a comfy twin room, very clean with all basic stuff covered. breakfast was amazing too, lotsa options including a killer indian breakfast! totally worth the money, we'd defo come back.

Bad vibes in the room

Checked in recently and wow, the room had a really awful smell, like sewage or something. The shower was tiny and made it even worse. The lift is nice, but they claim to have disabled facilities which are just not true. The breakfast was decent, though! just super disappointed.

The pool area was a great escape, and the common lounge had comfy seating that made it easy to unwind. I really enjoyed taking advantage of the free coffee and tea service available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. just be aware if you like more room! ☕

The room was mostly clean but the furniture felt pretty dated. The bathrooms had some recent updates, which were nice. The lighting was lacking, making it feel darker than I'd prefer. Bed sheets weren’t great. one was even torn. Shower temperature was all over the place, but there was enough hot water. It wasn't a terrible experience, just could use some improvements to feel more comfy.
